Saturday, the local farmer's market opened. My purchases included:
tasty, sweet, ruby-red hand-picked strawberries
asparagus
Ten Menton tulips from the "Flower Lady". A peachy-pink color that can only be seen in nature, the tulips sit in front of the bathroom mirror where the ten become twenty. A welcome sight while my husband and I wash, brush and dress for the day.
