The Columbia Restaurant was a'hoppin on a recent Saturday night. The quite extensive menu features many Cuban and Spanish favorites. The original restaurant was founded in 1905 in Ybor City, Tampa and served Cuban coffee and Cuban sandwiches to cigar makers there.
Mojitos are garnished with a stick of fresh sugar cane.
Columbia's original 1905 salad prepared for us table-side.
Vivid and vibrantly-colored Spanish tile work everywhere.
Worth a visit when in Saint Augustine, for sure.
